Teresa is survived by her 3 daughters, Kathy Komyanek (Richard), Joan Tete (Frank) and Peggy Cin (Peter) three grandchildren, Shane Schwarz, Kristi Wert (Tim) and Alyson Cittadino (Kyle) and five great grandchildren, Aubrey, Connor and Gavin Wert and Ellie and Carly Cittadino. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and sewing in earlier times, but in later years really enjoyed going out to eat, especially at the Cheesecake Factory. They lived in Brooklyn and Jersey City, NJ with their 2 oldest daughters and ultimately settled in Levittown, PA in 1960, where their 3rd daugther was born.Īfter the death of Edward in 2004, Teresa lived in a few places independently before moving in with her daughter, Peggy in 2012. She arrived in New York, and lived with her aunt, enjoying the bustling city life – shows, dinners, etc. In 1949, at the age of 22, she bravely emigrated to the United States. She was raised in a very large and happy home and shared wonderful stories of her childhood. Teresa was born Apto Delia (Reilly) and Patrick Joyce in Headford County, Galway, Ireland. Teresa Schwarz passed away, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, Apat the age of 94.
